In honour of poetry month, here's a rather clunky mash-up of (part of) a well-known poem (plus a snippet of song).

The sun was shining on the Seaway,
shining with all his might
When suddenly - how odd - it was
the middle of the night.

The moon was mooning sulkily
because she thought the sun
ought to have lingered just a bit
until the day was done.
So now I'll have to go to work,
despite the rights I've won!

The Walrus and the Carpenter
were walking close at hand,
The one a native of the sea,
the other of the land.
Wherever they were _really_ from,
they thought themselves so grand!
So why were all the passers-by
fixated on the sky?!

If I were a carpenter and you were a walrus,
I'd build a safe haven, and tend your babies.
