Philanthropic Phriday 37: Diabetes Canada
Nov. 27th, 2020 10:52 amToday's donation is directed to Diabetes Canada.
Managing a chronic condition of any kind can be a challenge at the best of times but during a pandemic, it becomes even more complex. Diabetes, whether Type 1 or Type 2, is one of the most prevalent such conditions in Canada and most of us know somebody who is impacted by the disease. The site below outlines some of the interconnections between Covid-19 and diabetes:

November is also Diabetes Awareness Month in Canada, so it seems fitting that my last donation for the month go to this charity.
