This sounds like a lovely initiative… how about Circles of Support and Accountability Ottawa — an organization that provides a circle of supporting volunteers for released offenders convicted of sexual congress to help them reintegrate into society and not reoffend. They have solid evidence of their efficacy and lost public funding for a while in the previous regime.
