It might be a good fit for an Employee Resource Centre. Since it really has about 50 different authors from the SOFFA community, it represents quite a diverse range of perspectives (I think all of the contributors are U.S.-based, though). The appendices (glossary, reading list, organizations etc.) and FAQs are really good too and apparently the book got some kind of International Book Award. It was published in 2012 and looking on Amazon, I now see it's listed as "volume 1". Could that mean a new volume or edition is coming out soon? It's not listed at all in the Ottawa Public Library catalogue at all - when I searched "trans-kin" it very helpfully suggested that I was REALLY looking for "dragon-kin"!
